The purpose of the foundation is to promote the development and advancement of needy children or families in Switzerland and abroad, in the sense of helping people to help themselves or by making support contributions to alleviate hardship; entrepreneurship and responsibility in Switzerland, in particular by suspending or participating in innovation prizes; of cultural assets, in particular through contributions to listed or historically valuable objects and buildings, as well as through contributions to artists or cultural institutions in Switzerland and abroad; political, economic and social knowledge through contributions to relevant studies, events and publications in Switzerland and abroad.
