The purpose of the foundation is to support charitable projects in the following areas: - Endangered animals worldwide (this partial purpose should not be pursued in Switzerland or in zoos) - Music: Introducing children and young people to music (in Switzerland and the Czech Republic Republic); Projects that pursue creative, new approaches to promoting and communicating music; Instrument purchases. - Basic and clinical research in the fields of neuroscience (e.g. brain diseases, dementia, multiple sclerosis, etc.) rheumatism, paraplegia and stroke. - Rheumatism research, therapy and prevention. It is not mandatory that the distributed funds are used in equal parts for the aforementioned purposes. The decisive factor is primarily the quality of the projects supported. In order to pursue the fund's purpose, both the income and capital gains as well as the capital can be used up. The foundation is said to have used up its assets within around twenty years. The foundation does not pursue any commercial purposes and does not seek any profit.
