The promotion and subsidy of projects that support disadvantaged and needy sections of the population in particular following natural disasters, projects for medical support, projects and research in the medical sector, projects and research in the field of astronomy and astrophysics, models development in the ecological field, especially if aimed at the protection of sources of fresh water, the development of wells and fountains, as well as the protection of endangered animal and plant species, restoration projects of cultural heritage, in particular by distributing heritage and proceeds or by granting other economic advantages to specific or identifiable natural or legal persons, institutions or entities having legal capacity. The details of the benefits granted in accordance with the predefined purpose may be governed by a regulation approved by the Foundation Board, which will be ratified by the Supervisory Authority. The Foundation can also conclude any legal transaction useful for the pursuit and realization of its purpose. The purpose of the Foundation is entirely of public utility, having no profit and not pursuing any gain. Commercial and / or economic activities pursuant to tax law are excluded.
