To promote the training, elevation and education of youth with the income from heritage, especially in the arts, human sciences and cultural sector, through aid to students and through social security to prepare and perfect the teaching staff and to encourage provision, in particular through: the awarding of scholarships to deserving students of modest economic conditions, without taking into account their citizenship, ethnic origin, political, religious or philosophical faith; the support of any event or educational initiative in the artistic or cultural field; support for social works in the education sector through contributions for the training of teaching or specialized personnel, for example in the field of the mentally handicapped, and through other social security schemes designed to encourage the preparation of teachers and assistants.
