The purpose of the foundation is to dedicate itself exclusively to charitable purposes in the areas of art and culture, education, training and science, as well as welfare. The foundation can support individual projects or institutions. It is active throughout Switzerland, although selected projects abroad with a connection to Switzerland can also be funded on a smaller scale. The foundation does not pursue any commercial purposes and does not seek any profit.
